Webshop returns policy

If you are not happy with your goods, I will happily issue a refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of receipt of your order in original condition. Please contact me at info@larissaambachtsheer.com to inform me about your return. Please include the number of your order.

When living in The Netherlands you can send your return back with PostNL using your local postal service. The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods. Products bought on sale will not be refunded. All returned items must be unused, complete with original packaging. I am not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

Please make sure all returned items are well packed to ensure a safe return. All returned packages should be sent with a trackable, insured service. I cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
